Wellness Seminar

This seminar will give participants the opportunity to train in various work shops. These types of seminars have been very successful for me in the past and have featured some of the Midwest's best trainers. The classes are open to the public and require no martial arts background.  The goal of this seminar is to introduce it's participants to training that will improve their technique and inspire them to take their training to the next level and more importantly that they can learn what it means to workout in ways they never could have imagined and enjoy doing it! We will be joined by several other instructors that will be teaching various sessions that include, kickboxing, yoga, pilates, karate, etc.
